TERMS OF SERVICE

  • //GENERAL//

  • I reserve the right to refuse an order

  • If you use the art publicly, please credit me

  • On average a piece can take me between a week and a month, I will give you a timeframe but I might not be able to guarantee exact delivery

  • Everything needs to be agreed upon beforehand - I am not under any obligations to follow information which wasn't provided before I started working

  • //COPYRIGHT AND USAGE//

  • My default commissions are for personal use only (for commercial commissions there is an increase in price)

  • You may use the picture on your social media, as an icon, in roleplays, print it, etc...

  • You cannot claim the picture was made by you, trace it, redraw it or modify it without my permission

  • (You cannot make profit off of it or otherwise use it for commercial use)

  • I keep all of the copyright rights over the image

  • I also reserve the right to post the finished piece to my social media (I will state who the commission was for) and present it in my portfolio

  • (If you don't wish me to post it or mention you please let me know beforehand)

  • //PAYMENT AND REFUNDS//

  • At least half needs to be paid upfront (before I start working on the piece)

  • Payment is made through Paypal, I will send you an invoice once we agree on the price

  • You cannot ask for a refund after I start working - please only commission me if you are sure you can spare the money

  • I will give you a full refund if I for any reason decide to cancel the commission, to which I reserve the full right to do so

  • If the commission takes longer than two months to complete and you decide you'd rather cancel, I will give you a full refund

The lowest amount I take is 20 Euro.
There is no upper limit but I might faint if its too much /hjThis type of commission works as follows:

  • Reserve a slot for PWYC commission

  • Let me know the amount of money you want to pay and show me the character/characters you'd like depicted

  • You can also tell me if you have any requests regarding activities, poses, themes, style (you can tell me that you really like color, you like shaded, you like scenes, you want props...)

  • Plus points for including information about your character that gets me excited to draw them (I also do more for themes I like, things I find curious to try out, etc...)

  • I will review this and get back to you with my estimate (for example telling you if what you want is realistic within the amount) and might suggest how it could be possible (for example if the price is too low to include color I might suggest only partial color)

  • If you agree to it I will start working after you send me the payment and eventually deliver the finished product

Important things to note:

  • This is meant to be a way for people to get a commission even on a restricted budget but please keep in mind that the amount of time I can give it directly aligns with the amount of money paid so if the price is low the polish will not be on the level of my normal commission examples

  • This type of commissions varies a lot so if you have a specific look you want please consider ordering a normal commission

  • There are no changes to this type of commission other than correcting if I get the character design wrong

  • If you really like the way the commission looks but would prefer it to be polished further we can agree on paying a bit more and me polishing it
